Problem/Motivation

Using SiteImprove or other automated 508 compliance checking, issue of "Inline frame without a text alternative" is reported based on the h5p implementation.

Steps to reproduce

Create H5P content, display on a public available page, scan for 508 compliance.

Proposed resolution

Add H5P content/title as alt-text for the iframe.
