Fix Error when trying to add new menu link as sub-link of the menu item

Steps to reproduce

- Install we mega menu module.
- Add multiple links with rows and cols
- Add a link to be sub-menu from the link that exists in col.
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error: Attempt to modify property "col_content" on null in Drupal\we_megamenu\WeMegaMenuBuilder::menuItemInsert() (line 390 of modules/contrib/we_megamenu/src/WeMegaMenuBuilder.php).
