Modules does not declare jQuery dependency

Problem/Motivation

This module doesn't declare it's dependency on jQuery, so it isn't loaded on pages that have no need to load jQuery (e.g. anonymous users on a simple page)

Steps to reproduce

  • Install standard profile
  • Create a tablesort on a page
  • View it as an anonymous user and see "Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined" in the browser console

Proposed resolution

Declare the module's dependency on jQuery
