Uncaught TypeError: once.remove is not a function

After updating my Drupal site to 9.3.0 I ran into this issue on a lot of the views: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3254840 🐛 window.once name conflict with other third party script Needs work .
The issue provided a patch, which I applied.

Afterwards, upon clicking the VIS load more button, I got this error in my console:
Uncaught TypeError: once.remove is not a function coming from the infinite-scroll.js file.

I've provided a patch (that works together with the other patch) to surpress this error.

I would like to open the discussion here. What is a permanent solution?
