Revisions is not encrypted

Problem/Motivation

The problem is when I check in the table for entity revisions. I can see that old data is not being encrypted, I'm running the batch for encrypting fields but it's not encrypting old data.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the field's revision table, there you can see that old data is still there and not encrypted. If you change any data so you can see changes in the table then check for the "lock" emoji. There you notice that it encrypt's and that's correct so it's only the old data.

Proposed resolution

Batch for encrypting old revision data as well.
