The ordering of the environments in the toolbar is different from the ordering of the environments in the admin listing. In the toolbar it seems to follow ordering by machine name while in the admin listing of the environments seems to be based on the human readable name. It should be consistent between both.
I see that there is a weight field in the entity but the admin listing table is not draggable. Ideally the ordering should be based on the weights and the table should allow sorting using draggable items.
