Exporting webform

Problem/Motivation

When exporting webform I can't edit the handler anymore on the imported webform.

Steps to reproduce

Export webform, import on other site, can't edit handler:
Error: Object of class Drupal\commerce_store\Entity\Store could not be converted to string in Drupal\webform\Utility\WebformOptionsHelper::hasOption()

Proposed resolution

I think it's because the store doesn't exist or has another ID on the staging server compared to the dev server.
Same goes for the Product variation field.

Remaining tasks

Document how to exclude the config part perhaps?
