Hide webform external libraries error from status report for CDN warnings

Problem/Motivation

There is an error appeared related to webform module after I installed Varbase 9.0.5. This issue came from webform module settings as below:
Webform: External libraries
19 libraries (0 installed; 2 excluded; 17 CDN)
Relying on a CDN for external libraries can cause unexpected issues with Ajax and BigPipe support.

This happened after the latest update on webform module 📌 Change the Webform libraries CDN warning to an error in the Status report (/admin/reports/status). Fixed

Steps to reproduce

1- Install varbase 9.0.5 version.
2- Go to status report.
3- You will see the above error related to webform module.

Proposed resolution

I suggest disabling CDN warning settings by default as we don't use any external libraries for the default webform enabled modules in varbase installation.
