Allow adding a class to programmatic menu items (e.g. standard.front_page)

Problem/Motivation

If you try to add a class to the item provided by the Standard module, you cannot. /admin/structure/menu/link/standard.front_page/edit

The workaround is to disable that link and create a replacement link with the same settings.

    This module is for menu_link_content I guess and won't work for programmatically created menu links?

    If possible this could be solved in a submodule perhaps, but is very different from what and how the module is currently implemented. Anyone who needs this feel free to create a MR. This is definitely a FR not a bug.
