Views relationship to paragraph doesn't work if item is promoted to library

  • I have a paragraph type that contains a Name field and an Email field.
  • I have a content type that has an Entity Reference Revisions field allowing this paragraph type, and "Add from library."
  • I have a view with a relationship to the paragraph referenced by the field.
  • I've added the Email field to the view, using the paragraph relationship.

I've created several nodes of this content type. One of them uses a paragraph that has not been promoted to the library; the rest use paragraphs that have not been promoted to the library.

In my view, the "Email" field is empty (displaying the "No results behavior" text) on each row except the one using a non-promoted paragraph. If I unlink a paragraph in one of the other nodes from the library, its row begins displaying the email address; if I promote it again, it once again displays the "No results behavior" text.

I kind of suspect I've done something wrong here, simply because I'd expect other people to have seen this problem...but it seems pretty straightforward, and I can't spot any obvious mistakes.

    please let me know more about datetime_extras module involvement in your issue.
    From the description it seems you have a problem with empty_fields module and not this one
