Clean up .info.yml to alleviate errors

Problem/Motivation

The current .info.yml file contains an outdated core: 8.x line (as I believe only the core_version_requirement line is now needed). Additionally, the hard dependency on search_api_field_map:search_api_field_map (>=8.x-3.x) when composer.json pins it to 4.x is causing errors on the Status Report page, as well as when running database updates.

Proposed resolution

Remove the core: 8.x line, and remove the hard dependency specified on search_api_field_map:search_api_field_map, letting composer.json handle the versioning.
