Do not show non-existing link at Authlink tab

The default Authlink form has a "view:" part, where there shall be a link, but it's not yet created.

Install and configure the module, do not create any links yet, go to node/X/authlink, then there will be a "view:" part, without a link.

Hide that part in case of missing links.

Committed to branch 8.x. This is already fixed in 2.x branch, D10 release.
