When adding from Bynder entity browser, alt text is not required

Problem/Motivation

We've found an issue relating to alt text, when adding images via the entity browser from our Bynder instance.

Steps to reproduce

While the image is successfully added, content editor are currently required to re-edit media items in order to set the alt text.

• We could add an automatic alt text string for all images based on a metadata attribute, but this wouldn't meet requirements.
• As alt text should ideally be written according to the specific context the image is being used; we'd like to introduce a step to ensure content editors are required to add alt text.
• While the alt text field is set as required; the form validation isn't triggered as the entity browser adds the image directed into the parent form.

Proposed resolution

Not sure whether this is best solved via entity browser, or this module.

Would be great to get some thoughts about a potential solution.
