'Select None' option in filter dropdown is not showing when we select all options manually

Steps:
1. Go to Filter dropdown and select all options manually one by one
2. Then click on APPLY
3. Again go to filter dropdown and check 'Select None' option is present or not
It Should show 'Select None' option in the dropdown.
