Problem/Motivation

Crash when adding block Site branding (system_branding_block) to the default value or to a paragraph type.

Steps to reproduce

Default Value:

  1. Add block-field to a content type
  2. Select block Site Branding (system_branding_block) as a default value
  3. When you save it, no error will be shown cause the settings are not being updated -> #2924000: Not updating block settings when changing default block →
  4. Until that issue is not fixed -> you'll have to edit the field again and then save it (with the default value)
  5. The error will appear.

Paragraph:

  1. Add block-field to paragraph
  2. Select block Site branding (system_branding_block)
  3. Hide title
  4. Add paragraph to content type (added to basic page)
  5. Edit content
  6. Add paragraph created
  7. Select block branding.
  8. Save
  9. Edit again, now one of two happens, a. Crash with error message, b. The Paragrah shows up without block selected.

    Apart from that it needs a reroll this issue is hart to takle down. Please provide more info if this issue still exist, and when, where do you assume the causes and sources of this issue.
