Theme Light Green: account menu doesn't change background-color on hover

Problem/Motivation

When we use the W3 CSS Theme Light Green and hover the menu itens of "User Account Menu", the items background-color doesn't change.

Visit https://drupal8-w3css-theme.flashwebcenter.com/w3-css-theme-light-green and hover Log in

Proposed resolution

Changed the backgroud-color to w3-theme-l3 on hover
