Incompatible with alternative FileSystem implementations like Amazon AWS S3

Problem/Motivation

The WebP Constructor expects a FileSystem Instance instead of a FileSystemInterface instance and therefor it is not possible to install the Module if the Drupal-Installation uses an alternative Filesystem-Implementation like https://www.drupal.org/project/s3fs → .

Steps to reproduce

Use another Filesystem like https://www.drupal.org/project/s3fs → and try to install the web Module.

Proposed resolution

Change the Constructor to Expect FileSystemInterface instead of FileSystem.
