Add Re-assign content as action to bulk updates

This module does what is being asked for. agree it would be great to have this in your module. just pasting in case there is anything that makes it easier to include that feature. We just used it to fix a bunch of content that was orphaned.

will be using your module in future in hope that users make use of it rather than just deleting users and content.
