drupalPostForm in functional tests is deprecated

Note that although the Change record says drupalPostForm() is deprecated only in D9.1, the alternative works in D8.8 and up, so it should be safe to remove drupalPostForm() entirely.
This patch also raises core version requirement from 8 to 8.8.2, to ensure the module can't be installed on older versions of D8 where this change is not supported.
