@devad: I did not know, if this will be fixed. I'm currently testing the Convert Bundles → module as a replacement for my taxonomy_move module in our setups.
After I have successfully moved some terms (with no parents) from one vocabulary to another I have noticed inside the database that the "bundle" column data for moved terms in both taxonomy_term__parent and taxonomy_term_revision__parent tables remained unchanged.
Marking this as a bug since I suppose that this is not a desired behavior.
