Durpal 9.3.4: ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\feeds\Feeds\Parser\ParserBase::__construct(), 3 passed in /path/to/docroot/modules/contrib/feeds_ex/src/Feeds/Parser/ParserBase

Problem

Using Drupal 9.3.4, 'drush updb' failed when using 1.0.0-alpha5. I upgraded to 1.x-dev and updates completed successfully. Now, using backup and migrate, the browser gives me an Error 500 when attempting to backup my environment.
