Currently the service is used by opigno_learning_path and opigno_statistics modules only. Due to specific requirements we have disabled the opigno_social module and had to add the service elsewhere.
Since it's not used at all in opigno_social, it should be moved, probably to opigno_learning_path.
Doing this on d.o. would require posting 3 patches to all opigno_learning_path, opigno_statistics and opigno_social modules so best if maintainers do it to save a lot of struggle.
Proceeding without renaming the service would also be an option, this'd require changes to 2 modules only, however, the service name may be misleading (could be renamed in next major release).
