Add Filter for Translation Counter shows wrong results.

Create a view, add field Translation counter and an exposed filter for the Translation Counter

We have drupal 9.3 installed and 23 languages included. I create a view, add field Translation counter and an exposed filter for the Translation Counter.
Without filtering the view (no value in the filter field) the Translation counter field shows the right values (mostly 23, but also other).
If I search for the value 23, there is no result - no rows are shown.
If I search for the value 22, there are many rows as result - I don't know, if the count is OK -, but in the row column of Translation counter the value 22 is shown?

    Hi
We also have 23 languages and used this module to create a view of how many languages a node is translated into.
Out of interest I tested the reports from this issue.
If I set filter for counter to 23 I get the fully translated nodes.
If I set it to less than 23 I get the other nodes. There was some duplication but using advanced settings and query settings set to "Distinct" removed these.
    Core is 10.1.5
Can this issue thus be closed?
