Make image field translatable

Problem/Motivation

It's a common request in a multilingual site to be able to set images per language. Same goes for the background image. Currently it is not possible to translate the image as the field is marked as untranslatable.

Steps to reproduce

In a multilingual site with translations enabled for background image, you can't set a different image as it's marked as "for all languages".

Proposed resolution

Make the field translatable.
