Comments are no longer allowed on the api.drupal.org site.
api.drupal.org does not have an option to mark comments as spam. It can be easily abused to point to external websites, sometimes they have valuable information sometimes they are just click bait (example)
Provide an option to mark comments as spam for api.drupal.org, like what we have on drupal.org
