Scaling broken when using SVG

Problem/Motivation

Currently does not scale media that is an SVG (using SVG Image → ).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install SVG Image →
  2. Create a Media Entity (image)
  3. Add one of the newly created Media entities, and add the SVG
  4. Using CKEditor and the Media Library button insert the SVG
  5. Click on edit and set a static size to the image (100 x 100)
  6. SVG never resizes

Proposed resolution

It looks like SVG images require a viewbox attribute set in the image if we want to set static sizes it.
