Missing local entity types or bundles should show an error

At /admin/content/entity_share/pull, if a channel provides an entity type and bundle which does not exist locally, this happens:

1. user selects the channel
2. AJAX spinner shows for a bit, then disappears

There should be an error message explaining the problem.
