For forms which have attached image field (not media image field) when image field is marked as non-required and "Force image to be marked decorative if no alt text provided" is checked for the field, there is displayed 'You must provide alternative text or indicate the image is decorative.' error message. That prevents form from being saved.
* For node type add field image field
* Set Alt field optional
* In Form Display enable for the field "Force image to be marked decorative if no alt text provided"
* Add new node, but without adding image.
* 'You must provide alternative text or indicate the image is decorative.' error message will be shown.
