Common Schema for Chinese (zh-*)

In case of regional marketing website, I would like to create language for HK and TW as below:

Therefore the default zh-hant and zh-hans mapping now missed.

Here I clone the zh-hant config as zh, so could share between both zh-hk/zh-tw/zh-cn.
