Receiving error bellow every time I create a rule and trying to select a Target Bundle.
implode(): Argument #2 ($array) must be of type ?array, string given in implode() (line 143 of /home/*DOMAINNAME*/*INSTALLATIONFOLDER*/modules/business_rules/src/Form/BusinessRuleForm.php)
Set up Drupal environment as above.
Create a Rule "Entity insert" of content type and you will to be able to select a Target Bundle.
