InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (9.3.0) requires the 'core' key not be set in download_statistics_test_views.info.yml

Problem/Motivation

When the 'Download Statistics' project is added to a project running Drupal 9.3.0 or later, the following error occurs:

Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (9.3.0) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/download_statistics/tests/modules/download_statistics_test_views/download_statistics_test_views.info.yml

Steps to reproduce

Try running an automated test while running Drupal 9.3.0 or later

Proposed resolution

Remove the core entry from download_statistics_test_views.info.yml

This is to confirm that the patch above is correct, but I would also add the required core_version_requirement property - when all that is done, the error goes away
