Looks good, but I think we should rename the event constants to:

JOB_SUCCESS, JOB_RETRY and JOB_FAILURE.
And for the actual event "id", I believe there is no need for the "on_" prefix so:
advancedqueue.job.on_success to advancedqueue.job.success
