Make language configurable through view

Indeed, it appears to be hard-coded. Agreed it'd be nice to have a setting for this. Probably just a style setting directly, since there (shouldn't?) be a need for this to be dynamic. On a multi-lingual site, each podcast view display should be configured to filter nodes to a specific language, since the <language> tag is a property of the entire <channel> itself, not each <item>.
