Email not working for translation

Unable to send email. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.
We are not able to receive Email. When Translation job is created.

Install TMGMT module
Add a Language using Configuration -> Language
Enable Translation for content type using Structure -> Content type -> Edit(Language’s settings)
Configure SMTP Server and Test by Translating a Content
Add a content and click Translate using Translate option in edit dropdown menu

to address value supposed to be string but they provided as an array.

Discussed and was approved. This changes the input format, but the old format never worked, so we don't have to worry about existing configurations I think.
