Closing this in favor of the effort to enable Olivero's starterkit compatibility.
The Gin admin theme can automatically pull in a site-provided CSS file to allow for custom styling to address site-specific use cases. It would be great if Olivero could do the same, especially since there is no intention of supporting subtheming.
Take inspiration (steal?) code from Gin so that similar capability can be available for Olivero.
