Element attribute disabled not migrated

Problem/Motivation

Element having disabled attribute is not Migrated.

Steps to reproduce

Create text field or any other field that supports disabled element attribute.
Make this element disabled from the element setting.
Run migration.
The field created in Drupal 8 does not have the disabled attribute.
