Issue when Anonymous user completes checkout.

When an anonymous user completes a checkout the email does not show up on the order and thus does not send an email alert to the site manager nor the people in charge of handling purchases.

This has become an issue since the upgrade to Drupal 9 and the upgrade to the most recent version of Commerce. It went un-noticed for longer than it should because no one tested it while logged out. The attached screenshots can hopefully help explain what is happening where the email address is not being attached to anonymous orders, even though the data is in the database (I perused the database to verify). Any help figuring out the issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Further information is required. This is functioning normally on my test instance of commerce. Is it possible you have an issue with your site configuration/templates that is causing the email to disappear for anon customers?
