Don't throw warning on non numeric characters

Problem/Motivation

When you enter alpha numeric characters inside the BSN field an warningis thrown: Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in _bsn_elfproef() (line 53 of modules/contrib/bsn_field/bsn_field.module).

Steps to reproduce

Insert alphanumeric characters in the BSN field and submit

Proposed resolution

Handle non numeric characters to return a non valid BSN response
