field type list not uncrypt

Hello colleagues, I have the beta-3 module of field encrypt, it turns out that I had 50 encrypted fields, but I am migrating from version 5.6 of php to 7.4 and the my-encrypt library no longer exists in version 7.4 of php, so To apply a new encryption method to the fields I have to deactivate the encryption in all the fields, and reapply the new Real AES encryption method, my problem is that I have some list type fields that are encrypted, but when I uncheck the checkbox to apply the decryption, then the table in the database remains the same, they are not decrypted. any help on that please.
