Configuration menu label should not include 'Settings'

Problem/Motivation

The settings page has the menu label 'YouTube Field Settings'. Most contrib projects and core do not include 'Settings' on the menu label for module configuration.

I recommend renaming this strictly to 'YouTube Field'.
