Problem/Motivation

Coding standards and method namespacing for compatibility.

Proposed resolution

A small tidy up. Module dependencies are previously implied (requires Sector in README) but now actually required by S.C.A.

I did not add Views Unpublished which the existing View config has, as I don't believe the existing View config depends on Views Unpublished. I think 🐛 Content audit view VBO error Closed: outdated removes that from the View instead.

Thanks for this - I made a few changes to bring the composer.json into line as well. Hopefully good, but since we're in dev any issues can be picked up in pre-release testing.
