Tooltip not working properly in Text Paragraphs

Problem/Motivation

When a glossary term appears in a Text Paragraph the definition appears after the term in the text, rather displaying in a tooltip upon hover.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Content Type with a Paragraphs field that includes a Text Paragraph
2. Publish a node with said content type including a term from the Onomasticon glossary.
3. View the node.
