Add option to disable link field URL validation

Thinking a bit how to solve this other than by granting permission "link to any page", but have no clue at this moment.

I do not see this as a "feature" for the link field tweak module, as it seems that this could only be solved by duplicating a lot of code from the core link widget (i. e. creating a new widget that includes the fix from 🐛 Link error "The internal path component is invalid" Needs work ).
