Merge with media_library_bulk_upload or provide comparison

Update title and summary.

I'm unclear why the other module was created when media_bulk_upload does work without dropzone... or at least, I've tested this on the most recent version and it works. Maybe it didn't use to?

If that's the only difference, then IMO the other module could be made obsolete and a note added to use this module instead.
