Include Gin as a dependency in composer.json

This theme specifies Gin as its base theme in the .info.yml file but does not declare Gin as a dependency in its compoer.json, leading to this error on the site:
[error] Paragon AdminKit requires this module. (Currently using Unresolved dependency gin (Missing)

Hi @saschaeggi,
I have created MR for adding the dependencies as gin in the composer.json file and also made it compatible for Drupal 10.by adding core_version_requirement :^10 in info.yml. Kindly review the changes.
First commit to issue fork.
