Let's postpone this until someone needs it. Then he / she can prepare a MR to review or sponsor development. Not needed yet (for us).
This is a field which you do not want to show in 99,999% of the cases. It should be programmatically moved into the disabled section of field display after creating the field.
Perhaps have a look if there's a hidden field already implementing this strategy.
