Let's postpone this until someone needs it. Then he / she can prepare a MR to review or sponsor development. Not needed yet (for us).
Not sure yet, how this could make sense, but we could allow to let the user decide per node by the radio switch what happens if no roles are selected. => Deny or allow.
Let's discuss... at least when someone needs it.
