Version 2, add patches as such that Hierarchical Select functionality (drupal 7) is implemented

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I use version 1 with some patches as such, that I can add terms on the fly on node-edit form, and add the terms in category, like;
- USA - New York - New York
- Holland - Northen Holland - Amsterdam.

Steps to reproduce

I use these SHS patches:

Proposed resolution

Will I be able to use these patches also on Version easily, or could these patches be integrated in version 2, as such it has almost the same functionality as hierarchical select has on drupal 7! It would be great!
