Sending an attachment via Rules

Since Mailgun does not play nice with MimeMail, it is impossible to add attachments to emails. Mailgun as a service does support it, so I am wondering, whether there is a way for Mailgun module to extend default Rules "Send email" action to include file as attachment as it does in D9?

    D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module. Development or support is not planned for D7.
    Additionally, no support for the Rules module is planned (and its necessity for D10+ versions is doubtful).

    This issue is marked as outdated.
    If/once someone needed Rules support for D10+ version of Mailgun, please create a follow-up issue with your MR.
