'Select all' for enabled entity types

Problem/Motivation

In the configuration section, when selecting the 'enabled entity fields', some websites may have significant amounts of fields to select from. Currently, one must select these one-by-one, which can take a long time. Enabling a 'select all' button may speed up this process for some.

Steps to reproduce

Visit configuration page (admin/config/content/scanner) and select an entity type.

Proposed resolution

Add a button to 'select all' and 'select none'

Add a button to 'select all' and 'select none' for 'enabled fields' on admin/config/content/scanner
